All products being returned must have an Authorization Return Number (ARN) obtained by contacting QCI. No material will be accepted without this ARN clearly written on the outside of each carton. Once an ARN has been established, the product(s) must arrive at QCI within ten business days.
Products must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. No returns will be made for Primer related products after the same applicable exam.
Damaged binders due to customer negligence will require a $6.00 replacement fee.Please insure your return shipments. QCI will not be responsible for any loss or damage. It is strongly suggested that you choose a courier that issues a “tracking number” to provide signature or proof of delivery should the need arise.
